Privacy policy
Plain English, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to book a massage.
What this site collects
This website does not run advertising trackers, does not set analytics cookies of its own, and does not ask you to create an account. Browsing these pages does not require you to give us anything.
Two parts of the site load content from other companies, and those companies may log the request in the ordinary way a web server does: the map on the contact page is served by Google Maps, and the “Book” buttons hand you over to Square, which runs the booking calendar.
What booking collects
Appointments are booked and paid for through Square. When you book, Square collects your name, phone number, email address and payment details in order to hold the appointment, send reminders and take payment. That information is held by Square under Square’s own privacy policy, and Kinetic Freedom can see the booking record for its own clients.
Card numbers are never seen or stored by Kinetic Freedom. Payment is processed entirely by Square.
Health information
At your first visit you’ll be asked about injuries, medical history, medications and anything else that affects how you should be worked on. That information exists for one reason: to keep your sessions safe and useful. It is kept confidential, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone else without your explicit permission.
The exception is where you ask for it, for example when notes or invoices need to go to your attorney or insurer following a collision. That only happens at your request.

California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information. Kinetic Freedom does not sell personal information to anyone.
